Why should I use Find a Ski School?
Find a Ski School offers all the ski and snowboard schools in one useful place. You can search and discover schools in your resort that you may have otherwise missed. The best school is not always the one with the biggest banner!
Isn’t it cheaper to go directly to the school?
No, the prices charged by the schools are the prices you will generally find directly at the school. We do not charge the schools to list anything so there is no reason for them to charge any extra to cover their costs.
How do I know my ability level?
Beginner If you are a beginner, you likely know. First time on skis? Still can’t stop or turn? This is where you need to be looking.
Intermediate If you can move around the mountain and are confident on green, blue, and some red runs then you are likely an intermediate. You have got the hang of the basics but the steeper black runs still elude you.
Advanced If you can ski everywhere without hesitation, then you are an advanced skier. You may not have the finer details and finesse (yet) but it should come to you with some practice.
How do I contact the school?
You can find their contact details on the lesson page and on their profile. Give the school a call and you can discuss anything you need with them.
Can I cancel a lesson?
The lessons are between you and the school of your choice; this will depend on their policy. Generally all lessons can be cancelled without charge if enough warning is given.
