Open Your trip brief, edit it, and choose Apply trip details. Inspect Why these options and add listings to your shortlist. In Your shortlist and saved trip plans, review the details, tick the save agreement, and choose Save trip plan. Chat and audio are not saved with it.
Open Your trip brief in Ask FASS. Enter only the relevant country, resort, dates, activity, stated ability, adult count, children's ages, lesson format, and total lesson budget. Do not put names, contact details, passwords, or medical information in place-name fields. The form supports up to eight learners; each learner's level and intended grouping still need checking for a dated lesson plan.
Choose Apply trip details. Editing alone does not send the draft to AI or save an account plan. Applied details can be sent with the next AI request after consent. Applying while voice is connected updates that conversation's context. The latest explicit request overrides conflicting older preferences. A brief does not prove every criterion matched a catalogue result.
Use checked search details copies supported criteria from one completed lookup for review. It never infers ages, budget, or ability from listing attributes. Changing the country clears an old resort; changing activity clears an old level unless the checked suggestion supplies one. Review and apply separately.
Help refine my trip offers one question without making an AI call or using AI credits. Add the choice, then apply the details. A question in the conversation can also offer explicit brief-update choices; its disclosure explains connected-voice updates. Connected time continues to count normally.
Open Why these options beside a supported answer. Cards show facts from that lookup, reasons for inclusion, and what still needs confirmation. Close-name alternatives and fictional demos are not verified recommendations. Not every answer produces cards.
Select Compare on two or three listings of the same type for a side-by-side table. Missing facts remain unknown. Listing-from prices retain their currency and basis; they are not date-specific quotes. A matching school does not establish available places, a named teacher's assignment, or a guaranteed qualification. Open the actual listing for further checks.
Choose Add to trip shortlist for up to twelve listings. This changes the in-page shortlist only.
Open Your shortlist and saved trip plans and sign in if needed. Review the applied details and selected public listing names, tick Save these trip details and this shortlist to my account, then choose Save trip plan. Saving uses no AI credits and makes no booking. You can keep ten plans, separate from My Next Trip.
Only structured details and public references are stored, until plan deletion or account erasure. No chat, audio, comparison prices, or AI answers are included. Normal account export includes the plans. Demo and support-impersonation sessions cannot save real-account plans.
Loading is a separate explicit action. It updates the current brief; connected voice receives the applied details. Public references are checked again on save and retrieval. Unavailable references are omitted and counted. Check prices, dates, suitability, and availability again before booking.
Use Delete saved plan, then Confirm delete saved plan, to remove an account plan. Clear trip details and New conversation clear local planning without deleting saved plans.
