Share optional answer feedback with selected context, or contact support without submitting a conversation transcript.
Quick answer
Sign in and choose Give answer feedback beside an answer. Choose a category and topic. Reports have no excerpt by default. If you share an edited excerpt, review it, remove private details, and confirm before Send feedback. This does not train a model or replace a support ticket.
Feedback helps FASS review incorrect facts, ignored requirements, missing information, confusing wording, voice problems, and broken navigation. It does not create a support ticket or promise a personal reply. Choose Contact support when you need help with your issue.
Sign in to your own account and choose Give answer feedback beside an answer. Select a category and topic. By default, only these labels are submitted: no question, answer, transcript, audio, profile, or ticket is attached. Demos and support impersonation cannot submit real-account feedback.
If you enable Share an edited answer excerpt (optional), edit the preview and remove private details. At most 500 characters are submitted. Common contact, link, and credential patterns are scrubbed as a precaution, but names or other private information can remain. Never include passwords, tokens, payment or medical details, or other people's private information. Review the exact preview, confirm sharing, and choose Send feedback.
Reports remain associated with your account for ownership, withdrawal, export, and erasure. Admin reports omit account identifiers; authorised Admin users can deliberately review volunteered excerpts. Feedback is not sent to an AI provider and does not automatically train or fine-tune a model.
Reports are excluded after 90 days and scheduled for deletion by bounded hourly maintenance; delayed maintenance can delay physical deletion. Use Remove this feedback to withdraw your report while available. Normal account export and erasure include these records. Rate and retained-report limits protect the tool; ordinary support stays available.
