What is the Ask AI chatbot?

A floating chat widget on every page that answers questions about the platform, ski schools, resorts, and how booking works — with links to full articles for more detail.

Quick answer

Ask AI is the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of every page. Ask anything in plain language — it answers using our knowledge base and links you to the relevant articles.

What is the Ask AI chatbot?

Ask AI is the chat widget that floats in the bottom-right corner of every page. Tap it to ask anything — about how booking works, which school fits your group, what the platform can do, how to list a school, the difference between plans — in plain language, and it answers by searching the knowledge base.

What Ask AI can help with

  • Practical questions about using the platform — booking a lesson, comparing schools, reading reviews, managing your account
  • Recommendations based on what you describe — "what ski school is best for beginners?", "what's the best resort for families?"
  • Explanations of platform features — subscription plans, verification, the referral programme, the GPS tracker
  • How-to walkthroughs for school owners and instructors setting up their profiles

Every answer includes links to the relevant full articles if you want the detail. A set of suggested questions appears when you first open the widget — tap one to get started without typing.

Voice input and chat history

Tap the microphone icon to speak your question instead of typing. The widget remembers your conversation for 24 hours, so closing and reopening it keeps the thread going. To start fresh, tap the reset button at the top of the widget.

When Ask AI hands you off to a human

Ask AI is a guide, not a support agent. For anything to do with a specific booking, a refund, or a dispute between you and a ski school, it won't try to resolve things itself — it'll point you to the right path. That usually means:

  • Contacting the school directly (their cancellation and refund policies are on their school profile)
  • Opening a support ticket with our team

If a conversation runs on without getting resolved, the widget offers to create a support ticket for you. You'll need to be signed in for this — it lets us track the issue and come back to you. School owners and instructors can also open tickets the same way.

Privacy

Chat history is stored locally on your device, not on our servers, and is cleared automatically after 24 hours. The queries themselves are used to improve how the knowledge base answers future questions.
