Why can the assistant not find a school or instructor?

Check spelling, initials, resort and active filters, and review suggested close matches before opening a listing.

Quick answer

Try the school or instructor name with its resort or country. If an exact result is missing, the assistant can suggest close listing-name matches; confirm the right one before opening it. You can also check the standard directory.

Why can the assistant not find a school or instructor?

Say or type the provider's name and add its resort or country. Voice captions may split or mishear a name; check the visible caption and correct it in text if needed.

If an exact name search finds nothing, the assistant can try a limited set of related searches and suggest real listings with similar names, initials or spelling. Read “Did you mean …?” as a possible alternative, then confirm the correct listing before asking it to open the page.

Narrow the ambiguity

Give the full name, a known abbreviation, location or the public profile link you already have. Check the active activity, level and other search requirements: the assistant preserves those constraints, so a provider may be excluded by a filter. Use Schools or Instructors to inspect and adjust the ordinary filters yourself.

A search with no results does not prove that the provider is closed, unavailable or absent from FASS. Unpublished or unapproved listings are not public search results; a different spelling or language can also affect discovery. If you still cannot identify it, use Contact with the public details you know. Contact the provider directly for lesson availability.
