How do I add my lesson to my calendar?

On the booking confirmation page or any lesson in your dashboard, tap Add to Calendar. Google Calendar and Outlook open with the event pre-filled, or you can download an ICS file that works with Apple Calendar and any other calendar app.

Quick answer

Tap Add to Calendar on the booking confirmation or any lesson in your dashboard. You can pick Google Calendar, Outlook, or download an ICS file for Apple Calendar and any other app.

How do I add my lesson to my calendar?

On the booking confirmation page (and on every upcoming lesson in your student dashboard), an Add to Calendar button gives you three options:

  • Google Calendar — opens Google Calendar with the event pre-filled. Tap save and it's added to your calendar.
  • Outlook — opens Outlook Calendar with the same pre-filled event. Works with outlook.com and Outlook web.
  • Download ICS file — downloads a standard calendar file. Open it in Apple Calendar, Android Calendar, Fantastical, or any other app that reads ICS files.

What the event includes

Each calendar entry includes:

  • Title — the lesson name and school
  • Date and time — the start and end times of your lesson
  • Location — the meeting point, with coordinates where the school has provided them
  • Description — booking reference, instructor (if assigned), what to bring, and a link back to your booking

On mobile, the calendar entry picks up your phone's time zone, so if you booked while at home and are skiing in a different zone, the lesson shows at the correct local time on the mountain.

For the whole trip

If you've booked several lessons in one week, each gets its own calendar entry. Add them all in one sitting from your dashboard by opening each lesson and tapping Add to Calendar. They'll appear alongside your other week plans so nothing clashes.

About reminders

Reminders on calendar events are set by your calendar app, not by us — most apps default to a reminder 15 or 30 minutes before. If you want a longer lead time to get to the meeting point (we recommend arriving 30 minutes before), adjust the reminder in your calendar after importing the event.
