How do I book a ski lesson?

Pick a ski school or instructor you like, tap Book, and walk through the booking flow. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes and everything happens on one page.

The steps

Depending on how you arrive at the booking (from a school profile, a specific lesson, or the AI Finder), you'll see some of these steps — the booking widget skips the ones it already has answers for:

1. Lesson — pick the lesson type you want (private, group, beginner, freestyle, and so on)
2. Date and time — choose from the slots the school has available
3. About you — your skill level, any additional context
4. Participants — how many people the booking is for, and their names if it's a group
5. Contact — your name, email and phone (so the school can reach you)

A progress bar at the top of the widget shows which step you're on and lets you jump back to edit earlier answers.

Three ways to book

At the payment step, most schools offer up to three options:

• Pay now — the full lesson cost, charged to your card immediately. Your booking is confirmed on the spot.
• Deposit — some schools take a deposit (the percentage is set by the school), and you pay the balance on arrival.
• Request only — send a booking request without paying. The school reviews it and gets back to you to confirm. Useful for custom requests or group bookings that need discussion.

Which options are available depends on the school. If a school only shows "Request only", that's how they prefer to handle bookings.

What happens after booking

If you paid, your booking is confirmed immediately and you'll get a confirmation email with all the details — date, time, meeting location, instructor (if assigned), and what to bring. If it was a request, the school has a set time to confirm or decline — usually 24–48 hours. You'll hear back by email either way.

Creating an account as part of booking

You don't need an account to book, but we recommend creating one — it takes about 30 seconds and gives you access to your dashboard, lesson history, and the ability to cancel or change your booking later. If you booked as a guest and later sign up with the same email, your booking is linked to the account automatically.
