Some providers offer rental equipment with lessons or through a separate storefront. Check what is paid online and what is due at pickup.
Quick answer
Look for rental options in the booking form or the school’s rental page. Enter each person’s sizing and dates, then review the payment and collection instructions.
Rental is available only where the school has enabled it and published suitable equipment or packages.
Where offered, choose equipment in the booking form and check the rental dates and who each selection is for. A rental add-on can be a pay-at-pickup reservation, separate from the lesson payment. Read the amount and payment wording shown; do not assume paying for the lesson also pays for the equipment.
A school may have a storefront at /rent/{school-slug}. Choose the equipment or package, pickup and return dates, and participant sizing. Standalone hire uses the school's online payment setup. If payment is unavailable, contact the school rather than assuming the reservation is confirmed.
The form can ask for height, weight, boot size and system, age, and ability. Saved measurements may help fill it, but check them for each person and each trip, especially for growing children. Suggestions do not replace fitting and safety adjustments by rental staff.
Check the full hire total and any deposit. A security deposit payable at pickup is different from the hire charge paid online.
Use the confirmation and My rentals for dates, collection details, and the order reference where available. Follow the school's fitting and return instructions. Contact the school promptly if equipment is uncomfortable, damaged, or unsuitable.
See managing your rentals for measurements, change requests, and payment status.
