Open your student dashboard and go to My Rentals to see every rental order you've placed — upcoming, active and past. Each order shows status (Pending → Confirmed → Checked Out → Active → Returned), dates, equipment and total cost.
Quick answer
Open your dashboard and go to My Rentals. Every order shows its status, dates, items and total. For changes, contact the school directly from their profile.
Open your student dashboard at /dashboard and go to My Rentals. Every rental order you've placed across every school shows up there, with a status label that tells you exactly where each order is in the process.
Every order card shows, without opening anything:
Tap View details to see the full equipment list — every item with its assigned size and DIN setting where the school has set them, and what each one costs — followed by the subtotal, any discount, and the total.
Collection point and instructions aren't shown here. They come from the school, in your order confirmation or by asking them directly.
For changes — different sizing, different dates, adding or removing items — contact the school directly from their profile. Rental operations vary by school, and they can make changes more quickly than any platform form could. The school's contact details are on their profile and in your order confirmation.
If the rental is part of a lesson booking that you're cancelling, the rental usually cancels with it (depending on the school's policy). The cancellation dialog tells you which items are affected before you confirm.
Uncomfortable boots, a broken binding, a helmet that doesn't fit — speak to the school. They fitted it and they can swap it, often within a few minutes at the base station. This is what rental shops do best, and it's much faster than trying to raise it through any support channel.
Returned and cancelled orders stay in your dashboard for reference. Useful if you need to check sizing from a previous trip, or if you want to rebook something that worked well.
