How do I post a lesson brief?

Describe your lesson requirements and choose which eligible providers can respond. A brief is a request for proposals, not a booking.

Quick answer

Sign in at /post-a-brief, choose resorts, activities, lesson format, and dates, then describe the learners. Follow responses in My briefs.

How do I post a lesson brief?

Use Post a brief when you want suitable providers to respond to your requirements. You can also reach it beside the AI-search entry on supported archives.

Fill in the brief

  1. Sign in and choose up to five resorts from the available list.
  2. Search and select the activities you want. Skiing and Snowboarding appear first, with other supported activities following. Selected items appear as removable pills.
  3. Select Private, Group, or both if either would work. Remove an option by unticking it or using its pill.
  4. Add dates, party size, and either each learner's ability/age or a description of the group. Follow the required fields shown.
  5. Add preferred languages and any useful duration, budget, meeting-place, or practical details. Language choices have a popular section, including common teaching languages; search for another language when needed.
  6. Choose the recipient option offered: all matching providers or a selected shortlist. If choosing a shortlist, select the schools you intend to receive it.

Popular resort and language choices can change as search activity changes. Popularity is a shortcut, not a restriction on what you can choose.

Submit and follow responses

Briefs are checked before providers can see them. The confirmation tells you whether the brief is live or awaiting review. Do not repost just because it is being reviewed.

Open My briefs to follow responses and manage the request. Posting does not guarantee a reply or reserve a lesson. Choosing a proposal is a next step with that provider; check the agreed schedule, price, terms, and booking/payment action.

Contact details

Your name and email come from your signed-in account. New briefs keep direct email and phone details private until you choose a provider, subject to the sharing controls shown. Avoid putting contact details, medical records, or children's full identities into free-text descriptions sent to multiple providers.

For a specific published lesson you are ready to book, use its own booking or request form.
