How do I use the AI Profile Builder?

Use your public website pages or a lesson description to prepare suggestions. Check the AI consent notice, credit cost, and available balance first. Review the results before saving; imported lessons remain drafts until you publish them separately.

Quick answer

Select your school and open School → AI profile builder. Enable the AI & Chatbot cookie category, review the data-use notice and credit cost, then explicitly extract from public URLs or generate lessons from your description. Review and select the results before saving. Lessons are saved as drafts; instructor and FAQ saves update the school profile.

How do I use the AI Profile Builder?

Sign in to the account that owns your school, select the correct school, and open School → AI profile builder. The builder prepares suggestions from your public website or a description of your lessons. Opening it does not generate or publish anything.

Check consent, information, and credits first

AI features require the AI & Chatbot cookie category. If it is switched off, use Open privacy preferences to change your choice. You can keep using manual school and lesson editing without enabling AI.

A request sends your supplied text, readable website content, and relevant school details to an external AI provider. Only use information you are allowed to share. Do not paste private learner details, children's information, private messages, or verification documents into the builder.

The builder shows the credit cost and available balance before you send:

  • Extract with AI: 2 AI credits per request.
  • Generate lessons from a description: 1 AI credit per request.
  • Generate FAQs: 1 AI credit per request.

The displayed cost follows the platform's current credit settings. Check it before confirming. Credits are charged when these requests start, so a failed attempt can still use credits. Saving already reviewed results does not start another AI request or charge again.

Choose the right input

From website URLs: paste relevant public pages, such as your lesson, price, or instructor pages. This profile-builder request accepts up to 10 URLs. It reads the pages you supply; do not assume it has followed links, read a booking widget, or found every price. Select Extract with AI when you are ready.

From description: describe the lessons you offer, including the published price and currency, duration, group size, age or ability requirements, and anything included in the price. This option generates lesson suggestions; it does not generate a complete school profile or instructor team. Select Generate lessons when you are ready.

The separate Add with AI lesson-import dialog accepts up to 5 website URLs per request and can also read supported uploaded price lists. Follow the limits and cost notice shown in that dialog.

Review lessons before saving

AI can misread prices, currencies, ages, qualifications, and dates, or invent details that were never supplied. Compare each suggestion against your source. Check any failed-page warnings and deselect results you do not want.

Import only the lessons you have reviewed. They are saved as drafts. Open them in your lesson editor, correct any remaining details, and publish each lesson separately when its publication requirements are met. Saving a draft does not make it bookable or complete verification, resort eligibility, staffing, availability, or payment setup.

Review instructor suggestions separately

Website extraction may suggest instructor names, biographies, languages, specialities, qualification details, and an instructor image URL when one was found. Check the identity, school relationship, accuracy, and permission to use the image before importing.

Importing selected instructors adds profiles and can display them with your school. It does not verify a qualification, approve work eligibility, create a login for that person, or confirm their availability. Avoid importing someone who already has the appropriate profile without checking how their existing record should be managed.

This screen does not apply a complete school description, logo, or gallery for you. Make and save those changes in the relevant school profile editor.

Generate and save FAQs

FAQ generation is a separate, explicit AI action. It reads the saved school profile, active lessons, meeting points, and existing FAQs. Unsaved suggestions and draft lessons should not be assumed to be included.

Choose the number of suggestions, review the cost, and select Generate FAQs. Read each question and answer, deselect anything unsuitable, and choose Save selected FAQs. This saves the exact reviewed selection to your school profile without generating different answers or charging a second AI credit. Repeating an identical save does not add duplicate question-and-answer pairs.

Continue the rest of your setup

The builder does not connect payments, set teaching availability, submit verification evidence, approve an application, or finish the school's booking requirements. Use your dashboard's setup steps for those actions.

You can stop at any point and edit manually. If you change accounts or the selected school, the builder clears its current suggestions so that information from one school is not applied to another. Review the correct school's information before starting a new request.
