Earn points for platform engagement — completing your profile, receiving reviews, completing bookings, referring schools. Redeem points for profile boosts, featured listings, subscription extensions, or exchange them 1:1 for AI credits. Points don't expire.
Quick answer
Open Rewards from your dashboard to see your point balance and what's available. Earn points by being active on the platform; redeem for profile boosts, featured weeks, subscription extensions, or AI credits.
The rewards programme gives you a way to earn platform credit through engagement and activity, and redeem it against features that would otherwise cost money. It's optional — you don't need to engage with it to use the platform — but for active operators it adds up to meaningful value.
Some actions are one-off rewards for getting set up; others pay every time the action happens.
| Action | Points | When it triggers |
|---|---|---|
| Account created | 50 | The moment you sign up. |
| Profile completed | 100 | Once your school or instructor profile has the basics filled in (photo, bio, certifications). |
| First listing created | 250 | Awarded once for your first school or independent instructor listing. |
| First booking received | 200 | The first booking that reaches your inbox. |
| Action | Points | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Booking completed | 25 | Every lesson successfully delivered. |
| 5-star review received | 50 | Every 5-star review from a real student. |
| Student rebooks with you | 30 | Every time a returning student books another lesson. |
| Referred school signs up | 500 | Each new school or instructor who joins via your referral link. |
| Referral's first booking | 250 | Each referred operator who receives their first booking. |
The values shown above are the platform defaults. Your live rates are always shown on the Rewards Dashboard — they're the source of truth if anything changes.

Review the redemption result and the affected subscription or placement afterwards. Some rewards have eligibility requirements; a listed reward is not a guarantee that an unavailable feature can be used.
A platform-wide leaderboard shows the top point earners. Useful for friendly competition between schools and for visibility of who's most engaged with the platform.
No. Points stay on your account until you spend them. The same is true for AI credits you've exchanged points into — those land in your top-up pool and never auto-reset.
To keep the programme honest, the platform watches for unusual earning patterns. If a single account accrues more than 1,000 points in a 24-hour window, the team gets a heads-up and reviews the activity. Genuine high-volume schools won't see anything change — the alert is informational, not blocking. It exists to catch self-bookings, review rings, or coordinated farming.
If you operate at a scale where you're regularly clearing the threshold legitimately, let the team know via support and the soft cap can be raised — where supported — on your account. The override is per-account, so other users on the platform are unaffected.
Probably not. The activities that earn points are also the activities that grow a healthy school operation — verification, reviews, bookings, profile quality. Treat the points as a thank-you on top of the actual work, rather than something to chase for its own sake.
The rewards programme isn't a financial instrument and isn't a guarantee of platform credit indefinitely. If point values, redemption options, or the catalogue change, the Rewards Dashboard will reflect the new rates immediately. Major changes (programme suspension or termination) come with notice and a redemption window for accumulated points.
