Quick answer

Use Grow → Promotion for available paid or included placements. Sponsored exposure is labelled and separate from organic ranking; check current prices, dates, allowances, and terms before activating.

How do sponsored placement and profile boosts work?

Open Grow → Promotion for your school. The available controls cover profile boosts, featured placement, and relevant instructor placement options.

Before activating

Check the selected school or instructor, eligible resort, placement dates, price, and any unused plan allowance. Use the current displayed quote rather than an old price from an email or screenshot.

Sponsored placements are labelled. Buying one does not purchase an organic ranking change, a favourable comparison, a review score, or a guaranteed AI recommendation.

Measure the result

The placement panels show the recorded counters available for that placement, such as impressions and clicks. Treat them as attribution data with the limits stated by the panel; they do not guarantee incremental bookings or return on investment.

Compare the outcome with your own bookings and costs before buying another placement. Avoid assuming that an impression means a unique learner or that every later booking was caused by the promotion.

Changes and refunds

Use the management controls actually available for the placement. Contact support if you need to change a running placement or request a refund. Stopping early does not promise an automatic pro-rata refund, and this guide does not guarantee a fixed number of available prime slots at every resort.
