Quick answer

Open Grow → Analytics for overview metrics, Performance for detailed reports, and Year in review for an annual summary. Read metric definitions and keep financial reconciliation separate.

What analytics can I see about my school?

Open Grow → Analytics in the selected school's dashboard. The overview combines available booking, recorded revenue, review, conversion, lesson-type, and monthly-trend data. The exact panels depend on the data and your access.

Choose the right report

  • Analytics gives the at-a-glance view and recent-period comparisons.
  • Performance offers a selectable reporting period, operational breakdowns, goals, benchmarks, and CSV export where your plan permits it.
  • Year in review builds an annual summary with PDF and controlled public sharing.
  • Lessons → Reports & export provides underlying lesson and booking rows for a chosen date range.

Do not look for a PDF export on Performance; use its CSV or the separate Year in review PDF.

Interpret the figures

Check the selected school, reporting period, currency, included statuses, and each metric's definition. Booking totals or recorded revenue are not necessarily the same as settled Stripe payouts, profit, or your accounting revenue. Reconcile payments and refunds with Stripe and your accounts.

Available reports do not provide every visitor's identity, a live Google search ranking, or per-photo conversion tracking. A benchmark is context based on the report's dataset, not a guaranteed comparison with an identical school.
