Quick answer
Open Lessons → Group roster, choose the group session, and expand its participants. Use attendance controls and participant notes; Export roster provides a printable roster.
Open Group roster under Lessons and select the relevant date or session. This tool is available when your school and profile have access to group lessons.
Expand a group to see its roster. Rows show the recorded name, experience level, age, status, and contact details where available. Read the session and participant notes before teaching; missing information should be confirmed with the school or guardian.
Use the available attendance actions to mark a participant present, absent, or reset their attendance. The underlying statuses include Registered, Confirmed, Cancelled, and No show. Mark all present acts on eligible active participants; cancelled participants are excluded.
Participant notes can be edited from the roster. Check that each change has saved before leaving the page. Recording attendance is separate from issuing a refund or cancelling a paid booking.
Use Export roster to open a printable roster and save it as a PDF through your browser if needed. It contains client information: keep the file private and follow your school's handling rules.
The roster does not offer a single progress message automatically sent to every parent. Use the appropriate lesson notes, individual progress reports, or Messages to communicate with students and guardians. Check the recipient before sending an individual learner's information.
Ask the school to resolve group placement or instructor changes. An attendance button does not rebalance the class.
