Quick answer
Use Add Notes on the lesson to open Quick Notes with its booking context. Review typed or transcribed content before sharing; use Progress report for the learner-specific assessment and next steps.
Open My bookings or the day's lesson card, then choose Add Notes. Starting from a booking carries the instructor and lesson context into Quick Notes.
Choose the correct learner and lesson context. Type a note or use the recording and transcription controls where available. Check the transcript and any AI-generated summary carefully, particularly names, ability descriptions, and recommendations. You remain responsible for the final content.
The title is used as the email subject when sharing. Edit the note and save before sending it. A recording is not automatically a published learner assessment.
Use the note's sharing controls and check the recipient for every send. The platform no longer remembers an address and automatically sends the next note there. A booking-recipient mismatch may require explicit confirmation; stop and verify it rather than routinely overriding the warning.
Shared lesson notes can be accessed through the student's lesson-notes view or a progress link, depending on how they were shared. Treat share links as private. Do not assume a new instructor can see every earlier note or private practice reflection.
For structured assessment, select Progress report on the booking. Choose the actual attendee and activity, review the assessment, add the lesson summary and next steps, and publish when the lesson has been marked as taught.
Report drafts are private to the author and saved separately from publication. Wait for the saved state; if saving fails, use the retry control. Publishing shares the reviewed report with the learner or guardian. A group booking needs reports for the relevant individual attendees, not one account-wide assessment.
