How does the Today view work?

Open Today for a quick view of your teaching day. Confirm that the selected instructor profile is the one you intend to use.

See the day's work

The lesson cards show the booking details available for each lesson and its relevant actions. Use My bookings for the wider booking list, assignment responses, and post-lesson work. Check the displayed booking and assignment status rather than assuming that a suggested or requested instructor is confirmed.

Where shown, weather information provides planning context; check local resort and safety advice before teaching. Tomorrow's preview helps you prepare for the next day.

Other cards

Your next step shows current setup guidance. Use View all steps for the persistent Getting started plan, even after you skip or finish the tour. Use an available action or Show me how, and save in the destination form; simply opening a step does not complete it. Week in Review summarises recent teaching and upcoming work when there is activity to show. Earned achievements and Recent Activity also appear when relevant records exist.

The quick note shortcut and lesson-specific Add Notes actions lead to note tools. Start from the lesson-specific action when you want the correct booking context carried through. GPS and accident-report shortcuts are currently unavailable because those platform features are disabled.

An empty day

An empty Today view does not mean your profile is broken. Check My bookings, the selected profile, and your availability. Use the day's free time to update your profile or prepare lesson plans.

The dashboard needs a connection to fetch current records. Reload or revisit the relevant booking page after a last-minute change; do not rely on an old screen as confirmation that a lesson was cancelled or reassigned.
