Quick answer

Open Account → My profile in /instructor-dashboard, complete your details, and save. Manage qualifications and verification in their separate Account pages.

How do I set up my instructor profile?

Open My profile [blocked] in your instructor dashboard and check the selected instructor profile before editing.

Complete the useful details

Add a clear profile photo and an accurate bio. Describe the activities you teach, the learners you work with, your languages, and your experience. Select the specialities, age ranges, and experience levels you actually teach from the available options.

Use the qualification controls under Qualifications [blocked] for the governing body, certification, and supporting details requested there. Qualification systems differ; do not translate every qualification into a universal one-to-four scale.

Save your edits and check your public profile. A profile claim is not an independently checked credential unless the platform explicitly displays a separate evidence-specific check.

Schools and profile photos

Use My schools [blocked] to accept invitations, manage your primary affiliation, or set a photo for a particular school. Changing the primary school is separate from changing your name or bio.

Verification and availability

Open the Verification and Verification status pages for your application's current checklist and review state. Address requests for more information in the application; submitting documents is not approval. An administrator makes the decision.

Set your working hours in Availability. A complete public profile by itself does not open online checkout: the school or independent business must also meet the applicable booking and payment requirements.

See what the Verified badge means [blocked] before describing the status in your own marketing.
