# How do I see my own performance scorecard?

Open Performance → Metrics for your bookings, teaching hours, reviews, completion, repeat students, and recorded checkout amounts. These metrics are not your take-home pay.

## Quick answer

Open Performance → Metrics for your bookings, teaching hours, reviews, completion, repeat students, and recorded checkout amounts. These metrics are not your take-home pay.

## How do I see my own performance scorecard?

Open [Metrics](https://findaskischool.com/instructor-dashboard/metrics) under **Performance** for the selected instructor profile. The page appears when your profile meets its access and activity requirements; a new account may have no metrics yet.

## Read the available measures

The page shows total bookings, teaching hours, average rating, completion rate, repeat students, total students, and review count, alongside the charts available for your data.

**Recorded checkout gross** is shown by currency, with warnings for unknown payment data or excluded refunds where applicable. It is not your wages, commission entitlement, Stripe balance, or take-home earnings. Refer to the school's payroll and payment records for those amounts.

## Interpret the numbers carefully

Read the date ranges and counts shown with a chart. A small number of reviews or bookings can move a percentage substantially. Lessons outside FASS and missing records may not be represented.

The instructor Metrics page is different from the school's instructor scorecards and leaderboard. It does not promise anonymised peer percentiles, a response-time score, or every private management metric. Ask the school which measures it uses when discussing performance.

If a booking or review looks wrong, open the source record and raise the specific issue with the school or FASS support. Include the booking reference instead of sending screenshots containing unrelated students' details.
