How do reviews work for instructors?

Open Reviews to read feedback linked to your instructor profile and manage your public responses.

How reviews reach your profile

A signed-in, verified user can submit an instructor review with a rating and optional comment. The instructor must be connected to the named school in the way the review rules allow. A review without a matching qualifying booking can be held pending until the school confirms that the reviewer was a client.

A school review that mentions you may also be linked through a review-link request and school approval. A review does not automatically move to another school when your primary affiliation changes.

Reply to feedback

Choose Reply to this review, write a concise response, and submit. You can edit or remove your own response using the available controls. Do not publish a learner's private details, health information, or a child's identity in your reply.

Acknowledge useful feedback and move booking-specific disputes into a private conversation. For abusive or misattributed content, report the issue to support with the review link; do not promise the reviewer a refund in exchange for changing a rating.

Ratings and context

Published ratings feed the displayed average and count. There is no documented rule that reviews lose weight after 24 months; read the actual published reviews alongside the average. A handful of ratings gives less context than a longer record.

Review prompts and reminders depend on the lesson and notification workflow. There is no guaranteed review rate or moderation turnaround. If an expected review has not appeared, check whether it is still awaiting client confirmation.
