Quick answer
Open Performance → Leaderboard to review separate private and public visibility switches, then save. Public participation requires an enabled public setting; do not assume the leaderboard is only internal.
Open Leaderboard under Performance when it is available for your instructor profile and main school.
The settings distinguish private school leaderboard visibility from public leaderboard visibility. Review both switches and save your choice. Public display requires an enabled public setting; the private setting can be enabled by default, so check it rather than assuming all participation starts off.
These controls affect leaderboard display. They do not delete booking, review, or achievement records or remove the school's legitimate access to its own operational information.
The private school leaderboard uses a composite of rating, booking activity, completion, and achievements. The public leaderboard uses its own displayed measures and ranking. It is not a school-owner-selected rotating competition metric.
Treat the rank as a summary of recorded platform activity rather than a qualification or a complete judgment of teaching. Different lesson lengths, student needs, and sample sizes affect comparisons.
The instructor page primarily manages visibility and shows earned achievements; do not expect a populated personal rank card in every account. If the page is unavailable, check your main-school affiliation and the setup requirements shown by the dashboard.
For the underlying activity measures, open Metrics. For public profile badges, use My badges; these are separate from leaderboard visibility.
