Quick answer
Use Team → Instructors for teaching profiles and invitations. Use Team and access for office permissions. Matching helps identify suitable instructors; review availability and eligibility before assigning.
Open Team → Instructors in the selected school's dashboard. Keep the teaching roster separate from account access: a roster entry describes who teaches, while a staff seat controls who can manage school operations.
An invitation or school affiliation does not approve an instructor's own verification application. Review the separate status and any work-eligibility requirements relevant to the lesson location.
The instructor matching tool can search by date, specialities, language, and suitability for children's lessons. Use the match scores and explanations to form a shortlist, then check the actual lesson time, availability, location, and qualification requirements before assigning.
Check that the instructor’s approved licence covers the whole lesson through its end time. Approval valid today may not cover a future booking; a submitted renewal does not extend it. Choose another eligible instructor or resolve the renewal instead of repeatedly trying the same blocked assignment.
A recommendation is not a completed assignment. Confirm the saved booking or schedule record and check the instructor's schedule afterwards. Resolve conflicts rather than assuming a recommendation overrides them.
Give secretaries or instructors who also do office work the appropriate permissions through My Schools → Team and access. They need not become owners. Remove obsolete operational access as well as teaching affiliations when someone leaves, and review future assignments before changing the roster.
Past booking records are distinct from current roster membership. Use the cross-school invitation guide when an instructor continues teaching elsewhere.
