# How do I replay the school or instructor dashboard tour?

Return to the dashboard’s Today or home screen and select Replay dashboard tour. Choose an available chapter or step; the tour explains permitted tools, while Getting started retains your setup plan.

On the school or independent dashboard home, or instructor Today page, select Replay dashboard tour and then Show me around. You can skip or close the tour and replay it later.

## How do I replay the school or instructor dashboard tour?

Return to your school or independent-business dashboard's home screen, or **Today** in the [instructor dashboard](https://findaskischool.com/instructor-dashboard). Select **Replay dashboard tour**, then **Show me around**.

Choose an available chapter and use **Next** and **Back** to move through its sections. The tour can open the relevant dashboard tab and highlight that area. It explains tools; it does not submit forms, publish lessons, send messages, or take payment on your behalf.

You can **Skip tour**, **Close tour**, or finish it and return later. Your decision is saved for your account and audience where possible. If the preference could not be saved, you can continue or select **Try again**.

## Keep working after the tour

Skipping or finishing a tour does not remove **Getting started**. Use **Continue setup** where offered, or **View all steps** on Today, to return to your saved setup plan. In the plan, **Show me how** can reopen the relevant walkthrough. A guide remains available when a walkthrough cannot run. **Helpful guides** and **Get help with this step** can appear within a step. Reading a guide is free and needs no AI consent. ## Why does another person see different steps?

School owners, independent businesses, and instructors have different tours. Steps also depend on the selected workspace, permissions, setup, plan, and visible modules. A tour does not unlock a tool that your account cannot use.

Close another dialog or finish its task before starting. If a form has unsaved changes, resolve the save or leave prompt before expecting the tour to navigate. Switching schools or instructor profiles ends the transient tour state so it cannot keep guiding you through the previous workspace.
