Use Team → AI chatbot to maintain the school-page chatbot's custom knowledge and its visibility switch. Add clear text or a website page, check processing, and keep the underlying school information accurate.
Quick answer
Open Team → AI chatbot → Add knowledge, choose Write content or Website URL, add a title, and save. Only active, ready entries are used; the school-page chatbot is separate from the platform's live voice assistant.
Select the school you own and open Team → AI chatbot. Dashboard search can also find AI chatbot. The management procedures require ownership or administrator access; a staff seat alone does not grant this permission.
Select Add knowledge, then choose Write content or Website URL. Enter a useful title and the text or full public-page URL, then select Add to knowledge base.
Good entries answer a specific question: what learners should bring, where to meet, equipment arrangements, or who to contact. State the school, applicable resort or lesson, dates where relevant, and any conditions. Do not add private client records, children's medical information, passwords, or material you do not have permission to use.
Text is ready after saving. Website content needs processing; check the entry's status and any error before assuming the chatbot can use it. The current form has text and URL choices; it does not offer a PDF file-upload control.
Only active entries that have finished processing are used. Use the entry's Disable action to leave it stored but unavailable to answers, or remove it after reading the confirmation. To replace stale content, add the corrected entry and disable or remove the outdated one so conflicting instructions do not remain active.
The Automatically included panel shows counts for lessons, FAQs, policies, and profile information. The school-page chatbot reads a bounded selection of school data when answering; it does not read every page and record in the platform.
Correct prices, lesson details, FAQs, policies, and contact information in their own editors. Updating a linked external website is different from updating its already processed knowledge entry: the worker processes pending sources, so do not assume a ready URL entry is continuously refreshed. Add a fresh entry when the source changes and retire the old version.
Show chatbot on my listing controls the school-page widget. It is opt-in and separate from the custom entries' active switches. Test a few typical questions on the public school page after the relevant entries are ready, and check any applicable publication or ownership requirements if it does not appear.
The word “training” on this screen means supplying reference content for answers. It does not mean retraining the OpenAI model on your school or its visitor conversations. This school-page chatbot is also separate from FASS's platform-wide live voice assistant and from any proposed telephone service. Updating this panel does not establish that every other AI feature uses the same source.
