Quick answer

The school dashboard groups daily work under Today, Lessons, Team, School, Pricing, Money, and Grow. Select the right school and use tool search or pinned shortcuts to reach frequent tasks.

What is the school dashboard?

Open your dashboard [blocked] and choose the school workspace you want to manage. The tools shown depend on your role, staff permissions, plan, and available features.

Find the task

  • Today — bookings, calendar, messages, reviews, and support.
  • Lessons — lesson catalogue, group classes, student progress, lesson notes, and reports.
  • Team — instructors, team calendar, surveys, scorecards, and payroll.
  • School — profile and branding, resorts, operating hours, meeting locations, policies, FAQs, email, and verification.
  • Pricing — resort prices, dynamic rules, seasonal templates, recommendations, and A/B tests.
  • Money — payments, subscription, billing history, and rewards.
  • Grow — promotion, client briefs, embeds, analytics, performance reports, blog, and referrals.

Use dashboard search or Ctrl+K / Cmd+K to find a tool. Pin useful shortcuts and use recent tools to return to work quickly. These shortcuts are different from rearranging every dashboard section.

Start with readiness

Follow the setup and booking-readiness actions shown for your school. Listing ownership, verification, lesson setup, and Stripe readiness are separate checks. A profile can be listed while its booking flow still takes requests.

If you manage several schools, check the selected school before editing. Some supported views offer All schools; settings remain attached to their own school.

An instructor has a separate teaching workspace. An office assistant can use the school workspace with the permissions the owner has granted; they do not need an instructor profile. See office staff access [blocked].
