Book with your own account, enter each child as a learner, and check the lesson’s age and ability requirements.
Quick answer
Choose a suitable lesson, add each child in Learners, and keep your own contact details as the lead booker. A lesson request still needs the school’s confirmation.
Use your own account to find a suitable school or lesson. Children do not need their own login. You can first add a managed child in Family, then use the saved profile where offered during booking.
Enter each child's name, age where required, and experience level. Choose First Timer for a child new to that activity. Read the lesson's published age and minimum-level requirements; the form checks these for each learner.
Keep your own email and reachable phone number in the lead-booker contact details. Tell the school about practical support needs. Share optional health information only through the consent controls provided. Some schools also send a pre-arrival questionnaire.
A lesson can include several children within its capacity and suitability rules. Different ages or abilities may need separate lessons; ask the school before assuming one booking will be split into groups. Published sibling discounts and lunch supervision vary by provider.
Check minimum age, group size, meeting/pickup arrangements, helmet requirements, equipment, supervision, cancellation terms, and the booking method. Request a lesson sends the school your requirements; it is not a paid or confirmed place. Follow the school's reply before making plans around it.
Eligible linked bookings and recorded feedback appear in your dashboard. Formal progress belongs to the named learner, not automatically to the adult paying. Use Messages for non-urgent questions and call the school for urgent ones.
See the parent dashboard guide. FASS adds no learner booking fee.
