Manage child profiles, linked family accounts, bookings, and authorised progress from your learner dashboard.
Quick answer
Open /my-bookings?tab=parent-dashboard. Add a managed child without a login or link an existing child account through the invitation flow; review access permissions separately.
Open Family / Parent dashboard. It brings together the children and linked accounts you can access, your family's bookings, and recorded progress.
When booking, select the intended child where the form offers saved learners. Check the actual learners on the booking; your own name stays in the lead-booker contact details.
See add or edit a managed child profile for the exact form, save confirmation and permission boundaries. A reviewed support guide can open Your children, but you complete and save any change yourself.
The dashboard can show upcoming lessons, lesson history, instructor feedback, and surveys for records you are authorised to view. A profile's estimated level is separate from instructor-assessed progress. Missing notes or progress do not mean the child failed a lesson; the school may not have recorded them yet.
Use the separate Family Day Plan to plan drop-offs and collections for confirmed lessons. Its adult labels are private planning notes, not school collection permissions or account invitations.
Use the family/progress access controls for the relevant child or account and review the permissions offered. Access depends on the accepted link or grant; being a family member does not automatically reveal every private message. Conversation invitations are managed separately in Messages.
Review and revoke access when it is no longer needed. Shared profiles may allow fewer editing or management actions than a profile you own.
Edit a managed child's current profile when their details change. Remove profile and Erase child's data are different actions: removing a profile preserves lesson history, while erasure is a separate confirmation flow. Read the warning before proceeding.
For data access or deletion questions, use Data requests. For lesson changes or urgent questions, contact the school directly.
