Equipment Rental Management
Find a Ski School includes a built-in equipment rental management system that lets you offer ski and snowboard equipment alongside your lessons.
Setting Up Rentals
- Go to Dashboard → Equipment Rentals
- Add your rental inventory:
- Equipment type (skis, snowboard, boots, helmet, etc.)
- Sizes available
- Pricing (per day, per week)
- Condition and age
- Enable rental add-ons for your lesson bookings
How Students Book Rentals
Students can add equipment rental when booking a lesson:
- Equipment options appear during the booking flow
- Pricing is shown clearly
- Size selection is guided by our size calculator
Inventory Management
- Track available vs rented equipment
- Set maintenance schedules
- Manage returns and damage reports
- View rental revenue reports
