Renewing Your Prime Positioning

Early Renewal Discount

If you renew your Prime Positioning before the 2-day expiry reminder is sent, you automatically receive a 10% discount on your renewal. This is our way of rewarding loyal customers who plan ahead.

How to Renew Early

1. Go to Dashboard → Prime Positioning
2. Find your active position in the list
3. Click the "Renew Early (10% Off)" button
4. You'll be taken to Stripe checkout with the discount already applied
5. Complete payment — your position is extended immediately

Bulk Renewal

If you have multiple active Prime Positioning placements, you can renew them all at once:

1. Go to Dashboard → Prime Positioning
2. Click the "Renew All Early (10% Off)" button at the top
3. A single Stripe checkout session is created for all your active positions
4. The 10% early renewal discount applies to each position

Note: Bulk renewal is only available when you have 2 or more active positions, and all must have more than 2 days remaining.

Expiry Reminders

We send you two notifications:

1. 2 days before expiry: A reminder email with a renewal link and the 10% discount offer
2. On expiry: A notification that your position has been deactivated

What Happens When It Expires?

When your Prime Positioning expires:

• Your listing returns to its normal position in search results
• The "Featured Instructor" badge is removed
• Your analytics data is preserved for future reference
• You can repurchase at any time
