## Quick answer

Open Team → Scorecards to compare recorded teaching and feedback metrics over the selected period. Leaderboard visibility has separate settings and instructor opt-in; it is not always internal-only.

## How do instructor scorecards work?

Open **Team → Scorecards** and choose the period. The cards and instructor detail combine the booking and feedback metrics available for your school, including completion, ratings, survey results, and a composite score.

## Review fairly

Compare like periods and check the number of lessons or responses behind a score. A small sample, changed assignments, or missing feedback can distort an apparent difference. Use the detail view and discuss context with the instructor rather than treating one score as a performance verdict.

The composite is a platform calculation, not an independent qualification, safety assessment, or prediction of lesson quality. An instructor's verification status and legal eligibility remain separate checks.

## Leaderboards are separate

**Team → Leaderboard & badges** has private and public views and settings. Instructors can control their public participation through the relevant opt-in. Review those settings before enabling or sharing a leaderboard; do not assume all leaderboard data is internal-only.

Scorecard access follows the school and instructor permissions. Do not copy identifiable staff performance or private survey comments into public content without appropriate permission.
