Read and respond to learner reviews from the dashboard’s Reviews area. Report suspected abuse through the available controls or support; neither publication nor removal is guaranteed on a fixed timetable.
Reviews help learners compare experiences. Public profiles and supported comparison views show the ratings and review counts available for a school or instructor.
Open Today → Reviews in your school dashboard. Read the review and booking context, then use the response action available to your account. Responses are public: answer calmly and avoid revealing a learner's private, medical, or payment details.
Review submission and visibility depend on the relevant review flow and moderation checks. Do not promise that every submission publishes immediately or that every external lesson receives an automatic FASS review invitation.
Use the available report or moderation action, or contact support [blocked] with a link and a clear reason. Explain abuse, private information, a wrong-school review, or suspected fraud. Disagreement with a low rating alone is not a reason to remove it.
The team reviews the evidence; this guide does not promise a fixed removal or response deadline.
Student reviews, editorial reviews, and linked external-review badges have different sources. An external badge links to its source; it does not turn that platform's reviews into FASS booking reviews.
Satisfaction surveys are a separate feedback tool. Completing a survey does not automatically publish its comments as a public review or prove that every claim in a review has been independently checked.
