## Quick answer

Open Team → Surveys to review post-lesson feedback, completion counts, rating breakdowns, and individual responses. Surveys use the platform’s standard questions.

## How do satisfaction surveys work?

Open **Team → Surveys** in your school dashboard. The post-lesson workflow creates and emails surveys for eligible completed lessons; delivery depends on a valid recipient and the applicable notification settings.

## Read the results

- **Overview** shows total surveys, completed surveys, overall rating, and the percentage who would recommend the school.
- The rating breakdown covers overall experience, instructor quality, safety, communication, and value for money.
- **Responses** shows each survey's booking, creation date, status, and any submitted highlights or improvements.

The recommendation percentage is not an NPS score. Empty results mean no completed surveys are available for that view.

## Questions and access

The survey uses the platform's standard rating and comment fields. There is no school-side editor for custom questions, delivery channels, timing, frequency caps, or weekly digests on this screen. The recipient uses the link in their survey email.

Survey feedback is separate from public reviews. Authorised school users and the relevant instructor can access feedback through their permitted views; it is not automatically published as a review. Ratings also inform instructor scorecards.

Use critical feedback as a prompt to investigate and speak to the learner or parent. Consider the number of responses and the lesson context before drawing conclusions.
