Quick answer
Paid plans can embed the FASS booking experience on their own site. Use Grow → Embed widget or WordPress plugin, preview the configuration, and keep connection tokens out of public messages.
Open Grow → Embed widget in the school dashboard, or Grow → WordPress plugin if your website uses WordPress. Off-site booking embeds are a paid-plan entitlement; the booking form on your FASS profile is available on every plan, subject to booking readiness.
The WordPress connection token can connect lessons, reviews, and the booking form. Share it only with the people configuring your authorised site; it is not an API management key and should not be pasted into an AI chat.
Embedded bookings use the same school data and readiness checks as FASS. If the school cannot take online payment, the flow may send a lesson request. A learner is not automatically signed up to an account simply because they use the embed.
Paid-plan branding controls apply to the supported embed surfaces. Check the preview and current options instead of assuming every embedded layout removes all platform or payment information.
The connection card offers Regenerate. Confirming invalidates the old token and every embed using it; update the plugin or code on each authorised site afterwards. See the WordPress plugin guide for installation details.
