The dedicated accident-reporting feature is currently unavailable. Follow your school’s incident procedure and contact emergency services first when necessary.

## Quick answer

The dedicated accident-reporting feature is currently unavailable. Follow your school’s incident procedure and contact emergency services first when necessary.

## How do accident reports work?

The dedicated **Incidents / accident reports** feature is currently switched off. Do not rely on it to alert a manager, parent, ski patrol, or emergency services.

## If an incident happens

1. Address immediate safety and call local emergency services or ski patrol when needed.
2. Follow your school's incident and safeguarding procedure.
3. Record the relevant facts in your school's approved secure system and contact the appropriate manager.
4. Contact [Support](https://findaskischool.com/support) if you need help locating a FASS booking related to the incident.

Avoid putting injury details, photographs, or other sensitive personal information into public messages or profile content. Share only with people who need it through an appropriate secure channel.

Earlier versions of this guide described the underlying report form as available and promised automatic alerts and indefinite retention. Those claims do not describe the current feature. Ask support about availability or access to an existing record.
