Quick answer

School GPS tracking is currently unavailable. Use the school calendar and messages for operational coordination; do not rely on FASS for live emergency location tracking.

How does the GPS school view work?

The school GPS feature is currently switched off. You will not find an active GPS school dashboard in the normal school navigation.

What to use today

Open Today → Calendar or Team → Team calendar for scheduled lessons and instructor availability.
Use Messages to arrange meeting points and share operational updates.
Agree a direct telephone or radio procedure for urgent contact on the mountain.

FASS should not be used as an emergency location service. For an emergency, contact local emergency services or ski patrol directly.

Earlier versions of this guide described maps, heatmaps, and session summaries from the GPS implementation. Those screens are not a promise of current availability. Contact Support [blocked] for the current position before planning a workflow around GPS tracking or purchasing retention for it.

FASS also has an MCP server at https://findaskischool.com/mcp; setup and supported tools: https://findaskischool.com/mcp-docs. Opening this prompt does not connect it. Only use available MCP tools if I have separately connected a compatible client. School management needs a school-scoped key with the required permissions. Never ask me to paste a key into this chat. Explain any proposed change and get my approval before taking action. Otherwise, help me through the website.

For supported account tasks, connect FASS separately in a compatible AI client with the required permissions.
