Downloading Your Level Certificates

When your instructor signs off a level, you earn a certificate that you can download and share. Here is how to access it.

Viewing Your Progress

1. Log in to your Find a Ski School account
2. Navigate to the Level Progress page (/levels)
3. You will see your progress for both skiing and snowboarding

Understanding Your Progress Page

The Level Progress page shows:

• Your current tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) for each sport
• Completed levels with a green checkmark
• In-progress levels showing which manoeuvres you have completed and which are remaining
• Upcoming levels that you have not started yet

Downloading a Certificate

For any completed level (marked with a green checkmark):

1. Click on the completed level card
2. Click the Download Certificate button
3. A PDF certificate will be generated and downloaded to your device

The certificate includes your name, the level achieved, and the date of completion. It is a great way to track your skiing journey and share your achievements.

What If My Level Is Not Updated?

If you believe you have completed manoeuvres that are not reflected in your progress:

• Ask your instructor to update your assessment in their dashboard
• Check that you are logged in with the same account your instructor used for the assessment
• If there is still an issue, contact your ski school directly or reach out to [email protected]

Snowboarding Levels

The level system works identically for snowboarding, with sport-specific manoeuvres at each level. You can track skiing and snowboarding progress independently - toggle between sports on the Level Progress page.
