Quick answer
Open /journal. Add an entry or use Import Platform Notes; family and group notes stay with the named learner rather than becoming your personal progress.
Open My lesson journal. Use it for lessons taken through FASS or elsewhere, and for your own practice days.
Choose Add entry and record the lesson or ski day: activity, date, location, level, conditions, rating, and notes where useful. Edit an entry to correct it, or delete it after checking the confirmation.
Use the search and activity filter to find entries. Charts and summaries depend on what you have recorded; missing entries are not evidence that no lesson happened.
Use Import Platform Notes to bring eligible notes into your personal journal. This is an explicit import, not a guarantee that every booking automatically becomes an entry. Family and group notes remain attached to their named learners and are not imported as the paying adult's personal progress.
Your formal instructor notes are also available through Lesson notes and the relevant dashboard sections.
Where offered on an entry, invite an instructor to add feedback using the dedicated invitation link. Check its recipient and scope before sharing it. This is different from publishing your entire journal.
Use the journal's PDF export to keep a copy. An exported file can contain private lesson details, so check it before sending it to someone else.
