How do I leave a review after a lesson?

Review a completed lesson from past bookings, confirm the instructor where asked and check publication status.

Quick answer

Open past lessons, select Review on an eligible completed booking, add your rating and written feedback and submit. Use View review or your Reviews section to see a saved review. Follow any awaiting-confirmation notice.

How do I leave a review after a lesson?

Open past lessons. On an eligible completed booking, choose Review. If you have already reviewed that school, you may see View review, which opens your Reviews section.

Describe your experience

Choose an overall rating and write your feedback. The form asks for at least ten characters and shows its limit. Add an optional title and any relevant detailed ratings. If asked who taught the lesson, confirm or correct the instructor rather than rating someone solely because their name was originally on the booking.

Keep the review about your actual experience. Do not include private contact details, a child's full identity or unnecessary health information. A generated title is only a suggestion; check it before submitting.

Check the result

Submit and wait for the success message. A review without a verified platform booking may be held awaiting the school's confirmation; read the result rather than assuming it is already public. A review's publication or verification status does not guarantee every claim is independently proven.

A public review is not the route for urgent safeguarding reports, account help or changing a booking. Contact the school for lesson issues, use Support for platform help, and follow Report a concern for safety or conduct concerns.
