What is the daily briefing, and how often does it refresh?

The daily briefing gives you a short view of your upcoming bookings. Previously called the AI daily summary, it now formats saved facts with translated templates and does not use AI credits.

What it covers

• Up to five upcoming bookings, with their dates, school-local times, schools, instructors and resorts where recorded, and confirmation status.
• Fresh forecast temperatures and maximum wind for your next lesson's date, when that date is within the available forecast. Missing or stale weather is omitted.
• A reminder to check your booking's confirmation, meeting point, and equipment instructions. Your lesson preparation checklist contains the detailed guidance.

With no upcoming bookings, the briefing says so. It does not infer available places, read lesson notes or seasonal goals, or replace your booking details.

Refreshing the briefing

The visible card checks for an updated snapshot within five minutes. Use Refresh to check the current information sooner. The update time shows when the facts were read. There is no daily AI-generation allowance or AI credit charge; normal request limits still apply.

Turning it off

Use the link at the bottom of the card or the daily briefing preference in your notification settings, which may still be labelled AI daily briefing. The card becomes a short message with a Turn it on button. Your preference is retained until you change it.

If something looks wrong

Refresh, then open the booking to check its full details and recent school messages. If the saved information is incorrect, contact the school. A briefing does not reserve places or confirm a pending booking.
