What is the student dashboard?

Open your learner dashboard after signing in. It brings together the information attached to your account. School owners and instructors can also use the learner area without creating a separate account.

Start with Today

Today highlights upcoming lessons and items needing attention, with a factual daily briefing where enabled. The briefing reads saved bookings and available forecast information; it does not use AI credits or confirm a pending lesson.

Use the main sections

• My lessons: upcoming and past bookings, available booking actions, calendar, Family Day Plan, My Next Trip, waitlists, and rentals where relevant.
• Messages: school and instructor conversations, with replies, saved messages, groups where offered, and report controls.
• Progress: recorded progress, notes, journal, goals, practice, and certificates.
• Account: your profile and relevant account, notification, security, and privacy controls.
• Family: linked children and managed profiles, where you have family records or access.

Saved keeps your shortlists and saved searches together. Support is a separate workspace for platform help requests.

Navigation

Use the sidebar on larger screens and the compact navigation on mobile. The current section is reflected in the URL, so browser Back and shared links can return you to it. Ctrl+K / Cmd+K opens quick navigation. Press G, then 1–5 for Today, My lessons, Messages, Progress, or Account when you are not typing in a field.

Continue setup

Your next step on Today and Getting started at /my-bookings?tab=getting-started show your saved setup progress. Select View all steps to open the full plan, use the offered action, and save in the destination form. Show me how opens a walkthrough where available; opening a step does not complete it. Collapsing the panel or skipping a tour does not remove the plan. See setup plans and step help.

Guided help

When enabled, Ask FASS can explain supported customer tasks and offer to open a page or highlight a registered control. You complete ordinary forms and bookings yourself. The separately supported account name/bio change requires its own preview and Confirm change button; opening a page or saying yes in voice does not save that change. The assistant does not replace your dashboard or gain access to another family member's private records.

Missing records

Use the same verified email as your booking and make sure you are looking at the correct learner or child. Progress is recorded per learner and sport. If a booking or note is still missing, contact the school or support with its reference.

GPS features are currently unavailable and are not part of the active learner navigation.
