Welcome To Les Gets

Les Gets is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France, it is at the far end of the Portes du Soleil ski area. The first chair lift in Les Gets was a single-person chair lift opened in 1938 and the first chair lift on the Mont Chéry side was opened in 1954. There are now around 85km of pistes in the Les Gets – Morzine ski area. Les Gets has always been a family resort, and as such, there are plenty of activities available for non-skiers. In the winter months, there is an outdoor ice rink, an indoor pool, bowling, a cinema, and shops and restaurants. In the summer, Les Gets is a great base for exploring the surrounding area – there are numerous walking and mountain biking trails, and the resort is also home to an 18-hole golf course.
