Lake District Ski Club – Raise

Operating since 1936 on Raise next to Helvellyn in the Lake District - this unique ski area is accessible only by a challenging hour-long walk from Glenridding. A single 360m button tow accesses 3.6 km of ungroomed natural slopes with up to nine runs depending on snow conditions - offering rare British backcountry-style skiing.
