Paradiski is a ski area in the Tarentaise Valley of the French Alps, offering a diverse range of winter sports activities. It was established in 2003 as a result of the connection between the Les Arcs and La Plagne resorts through the world’s largest cable car, the Vanoise Express. Here are some key features of Paradiski:

  • Ski Area: Paradiski comprises of 425 kilometers of ski slopes that cater to all levels of skiers, from beginners to advanced. It includes 12 green runs, 132 blue runs, 65 red runs, and 37 black runs.
  • Resorts: Paradiski consists of three main resorts – Les Arcs, La Plagne, and Peisey-Vallandry. Each has its unique charm, amenities, and accommodation options.
  • Altitude: The skiing altitude ranges from 1250 meters to 3250 meters, providing reliable snow conditions throughout the winter season.
  • Vanoise Express: This impressive double-decker cable car can carry 200 people in seven minutes across the Ponthurin valley, connecting Les Arcs and La Plagne.
  • Activities: Besides skiing and snowboarding, Paradiski offers other activities like cross-country skiing, ice climbing, paragliding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
  • Facilities: The area is equipped with modern facilities like ski lifts, snow parks, restaurants, shops, and ski schools.
