One Organisation, Distinct Schools

The organisation plan brings management together while each school remains responsible for its own lessons.

  • The subscription covers schools owned by the same account. Managing another owner’s school does not add it to your subscription.
  • Each school retains a separate public profile, lesson settings, bookings, and verification status. Organisation coverage does not bypass verification.
  • Online payments go to the provider’s own Stripe account. Find a Ski School never holds learners’ payments.

Annual Multi-School Plan

€3,000/year includes 2 schools and the organisation management suite.

Each additional school costs €750/year. Self-service covers up to 10 schools; contact us for larger organisations.

Before You Start

No booking fees for skiers and learners, ever.
Who can accept bookings?Schools and instructors must pass verification before using the booking software or accepting bookings.

All schools and instructors on Find a Ski School must pass our verification process, which checks business credentials and instructor qualifications, before they can use the booking software or accept student bookings.

How trust & safety works
What does it cost?Starter is free: 5% commission. Paid plans have a subscription and 2% standard commission. Stripe processing fees also apply.

Rebooking commission is 1% on Starter and 0% on paid plans. Annual paid plans include 0% commission for 12 months from the first booking through the platform booking form; the standard paid rate applies afterwards. Check pricing for current annual and lifetime options.

Stripe's processing fee is charged to the school's or instructor's own Stripe account; it varies by country and card type and is not added to the learner's total. Find a Ski School's commission is collected from the same payment as a Stripe application fee, so any figure for what the school or instructor receives after that commission is before Stripe's fees.

Who receives the payment?Online payments go to the provider’s own Stripe account. Find a Ski School never holds learners’ payments.

The ski school or instructor is the provider of the lesson, the party to the booking contract, and the seller and merchant of record for the payment. Find a Ski School does not sell or deliver the lesson.

Online card payments use Stripe Checkout. The payment is made to the school's or instructor's own Stripe account, and the card statement shows the name set in that account.

Each payment is a Stripe direct charge on the school's or instructor's account. Find a Ski School's commission, at the published rate for the plan and never more than 5%, is collected from that charge as a Stripe application fee, and the rest of the payment stays in the school's or instructor's account.
