The performance report turns your booking history into a full picture — revenue and booking trends, completion and cancellation rates, instructor performance, platform benchmarks, and year-over-year seasonal comparison. Pick a 1, 3, 6, or 12 month window, set goals against four key metrics, and download the lot as CSV. Year in Review adds a shareable annual summary with PDF download.
Quick answer
Open Grow → Performance, choose a reporting window of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, and tap Download CSV to export the metrics. For an annual, shareable version, Grow → Year in review offers a PDF download and a public share link.
The performance report is the deep-dive version of your school's numbers — where the analytics dashboard gives you a glance, the report gives you the full season's story, with benchmarks and goals attached. This article covers what's in it, how to shape it, and how to get it out of the platform.
Performance reports require a paid plan (Independent Instructor, School, or Multi-School); Starter schools see the basic dashboard only.
The report builds from your live booking data each time you open it — there's nothing to generate or wait for.
A dropdown at the top offers Last 1 Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, or Last 12 Months, with six months as the default. That's the extent of date customisation — there's no arbitrary from–to picker on this report. If you need an exact date range, export the raw data instead (see below).
Sections appear automatically when there's data behind them:
There are no show/hide toggles for sections — the report is opinionated about what a school owner should see, and an empty section simply doesn't render.
The goals section lets you set monthly targets against four metrics: bookings, revenue, completion rate, and repeat client rate.
Goals are a private management tool; students and instructors never see them.
Two sections put your numbers in context:
If a benchmark suggests a pricing problem rather than a demand one, that's a good moment to consider a pricing A/B test [blocked].
Tap Download CSV at the top of the report. The file — named after your school, ending -performance-report.csv — contains the computed metrics for your chosen period, ready for a spreadsheet or your accountant.
That's the only export format on this report: there's no PDF and no scheduled email version. We'd rather be upfront about that than let you hunt for a button that isn't there.
The performance report exports computed metrics — rates, totals, and trends. If you want the underlying rows (one line per booking or lesson), use Lessons → Reports & export, which has a proper from–to date filter and is available on every plan. The two exports complement each other: metrics for review meetings, raw rows for reconciliation.
For an annual summary designed to be shown to other people — your team, your committee, or your social channels — open Grow → Year in review:
You can copy the link again at any time, or tap Deactivate to switch off public access. There's no built-in email sending — paste the link wherever you want it seen.
For a tour of the analytics dashboard itself, see what analytics can I see about my school [blocked].
