Open Availability → Requests to respond to requests for your working time.
Pending cards show the date, time range, and any message. Select Respond, add an optional response note, and choose Accept or Decline. Wait for the confirmation. Past requests are listed below the pending ones.
Accepting replaces the dated availability for that school and date with the requested available interval. Review other hours you need to retain on that date afterwards. Declining records your answer without adding availability.
This is an availability decision. It does not automatically create a booking, accept an instructor assignment, or charge a student. The school must still arrange the lesson and complete the relevant booking or assignment steps.
There is no separate alternative-time booking flow in this inbox. If the requested time does not work, explain a possible alternative in your response note and discuss it with the school.
Respond promptly when possible, especially for imminent lessons. Check My bookings for actual work assigned to you and Availability → Daily overrides to confirm the resulting hours.
