Open Availability → Requests, choose Respond, add an optional note, and Accept or Decline. Acceptance updates availability for that school and date; it does not book a lesson or charge a student.

Open Availability → Requests → Shift Swap Board, choose an upcoming assigned lesson, and post a cover request. A colleague claims it and the school approves the checked reassignment.
