Create a catalogue lesson in Lessons hub, add photos and automatic attributes, duplicate pricing options or request AI edits, then review and save a draft or publish. Verification, policies and eligible resorts still control publication and booking readiness.
Quick answer
Select your school, open Lessons hub, and choose Create Lesson. Work through the builder, save unfinished work with Save draft, then use Publish lesson when the required checks are met.
Choose the correct school or independent business in your dashboard, then open Lessons hub. Your permissions and the business's setup determine which tools are available. Add the requested school policies if the create action tells you they are missing.
Select Create Lesson and choose the appropriate route, or use Create Your First Lesson in an empty catalogue. The catalogue is where you describe public lesson options; scheduled group classes, programmes, and packages have their own panels where available.
Work through the builder's lesson, price, time, and review steps. Check the title and description, activities, lesson audience and ability, resorts, eligible instructors, duration, group size, meeting points, price and currency. Complete the fields and options actually shown for the lesson you are creating.
If you use Draft lessons with AI, imports, or copy suggestions, check the facts and resolve the review issues shown. AI draft text does not verify your qualification, availability, policies, or price.
In Prices or Times, select an option and choose Duplicate option. Table rows also have a Duplicate button. For example, copy a three-hour, one-day option and edit its length or day count instead of entering everything again.
The copy keeps the prices, currencies, participant limits, supplements, start times, notes and date settings. It opens selected and ready to edit; changing it leaves the original alone. Review the copied price before confirming it. You may need to change the length, package name, participant range or start times if the two options overlap.
Open Edit with AI in the builder to give another instruction against your current draft. This works for a new lesson, an imported draft or an existing lesson you are editing. For example, ask “Create 3-hour options for 1 to 15 days”, “Change the one-person price from 165 to 150”, or request changes to the title, subtitle, description, included items or highlights.
Choose Suggest changes, compare Current draft and Suggested change, then tick the changes you want. Choose Use 1 selected change or the corresponding numbered button to add them to the draft. Nothing is selected automatically. Check copied or changed prices carefully: expanding the day count does not automatically multiply a daily price unless you request it explicitly.
You can give another instruction after applying the first changes. Finish incomplete price or timing fields before requesting suggestions, and check the displayed AI credit cost. AI edits still need the usual review and save; they never publish automatically.
In the Lesson step, Lesson photos is visible just after the title and subtitle. Choose Add photos to upload several images or select several existing photos from your media library, then use the numbered Add button. A lesson can have up to 10 photos including its cover.
Use Make cover to choose the photo shown on lesson cards. Use the arrows to reorder the other photos or the bin button to remove one. The cover stays first; removing it makes the next photo the cover. Photos and their order stay with your saved draft. After you save the lesson, visitors can view multiple photos in its public gallery.
For the cover, use a square photo of at least 1000 × 1000 pixels, keeping the main subject near the centre. JPG, PNG or WebP are recommended, up to 25 MB per photo. The Review step shows your cover and photo count, with Add photos or Edit photos taking you back to make changes. Optional hover media is under its own expandable section.
In Lesson attributes, Fill attributes from lesson details is on by default for new drafts. When editing a saved lesson, turn it on to fill missing details; your existing values and removals are kept. It fills supported details such as group size, selected age groups, minimum ability, participant restrictions and clearly stated teaching languages. It reuses wording from your school's other lessons, so French stays French, and does not use AI credits.
You can edit or remove any row, or turn automatic filling off. Your manual rows are kept, and removed automatic attributes stay dismissed in the saved work draft. Choose Restore automatic attributes to restore dismissed suggestions without replacing your manual entries. Check the values before saving; automatic filling does not extract every possible detail from your description.
Use Save draft for unfinished work. Saved work appears in the drafts area; when editing a published lesson, saving work in progress leaves the published version unchanged until you explicitly update it.
On the final review step, use Publish lesson when the required checks pass. The interface explains missing verification, resort, policy, or review requirements; the server checks publication too. A permitted draft can be prepared while verification is pending, but it cannot bypass publication restrictions.
For an existing live lesson, Update published lesson applies the reviewed edits. Unpublish lesson moves the lesson back to a draft. Archiving removes a lesson from the live catalogue; restoring an archived lesson brings it back as a draft for review.
Open the public lesson and school pages to check the saved details and booking choices. A published lesson does not by itself guarantee that dates are available or online payment is ready. Verify availability, provider status, and Stripe setup separately. Treat a request, a confirmed booking, an instructor assignment, and payment as separate states.
