Quick answer
Use Lessons for scheduled group classes and programmes, review rosters and capacity, and distinguish an enrolment or request from a paid confirmed booking.
Open the Lessons workspace and use the Group classes or programme tool shown for your school. A lesson catalogue entry describes an offering; a scheduled class or programme has dates, capacity, and its own roster.
Enter its lesson details, date/time, capacity, pricing, and instructor where available. Review the published result and the joining route: do not assume every manual participant, enrolment, or group request has paid through Stripe.
The assigned instructor can view their permitted roster and update attendance or roster notes. Owner/management actions such as changing customer identity or cancelling a participant are separate permissions.
Multi-day programmes group several sessions under an enrolment. Check each session's time, instructor, capacity, and the participant's enrolment state. Waitlisted is not confirmed.
Placement and group-allocation tools help organise learners by the relevant ability, age, language, and other recorded requirements. Review suggested groups and constraints before applying them; an AI suggestion is not a teaching assessment or a completed payment.
Keep lesson notes with the correct learner and session, and share only through the relevant permissions. Do not assume one roster note is automatically emailed to every parent.
Check the actual quoted price and joining/payment result before confirming to a customer. The separate Dynamic and Seasonal tools are previews/planning rules and do not currently reprice normal lesson checkout.
