FASS Protect is the name for safeguards built into every booking: scoped verification-status labels, secure Stripe Connect payments, cancellation terms shown before payment, and a private reporting route. It is not insurance.

For booking-specific issues, contact the school directly. For safeguarding, fraud, or misrepresentation, use the Report a concern form. Reports go to Find a Ski School's safeguarding team only; we review every report and decide the platform response, and nothing is shared with the school without your permission unless safety or the law requires it.

A Verified badge records one scoped Find a Ski School status: a school's current verification status, an instructor's approved application, or an instructor's affiliation with a school whose status is current. It is not proof that every identity, qualification, insurance or other document was independently checked.
